The Aerobic House Cleaning Lifestyle by Stevie Markovich

Stevie Markovich shares how he has used his aerobic house cleaning lifestyle to stay in shape since 1995.  He believes getting fit and staying fit is about attitude and physical activities done regularly.  Markovich focuses on faith, positive attitude, making the most of everyday activities, and having fun as the means to physical fitness and health.

There is no denying that Markovich is in excellent physical condition, as demonstrated by the pictures included in the book.  The pictures of him doing L – sits on his kitchen counter are impressive, as are the hand stand push-ups against his walls.  There is no doubt that his program works for him.

The only problem I have with the book is that I wish he gave more details of his routine or specific ways that he does his tasks that makes it more of a workout than the usual way people do it, for example washing the floor.  He does touch on a how he washes the car and the windows, but I would have enjoyed more details.

Overall, I wanted more from the book, more information, more specific examples.  I enjoyed all the pictures, but I’m not sure how much I’ll take away from the book.  I do think that I will perhaps be a little more deliberate in my cleaning method and think about it from a working out point of view, but I don’t think this book is the key to physical fitness for most people.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from BookSneeze in exchange for my honest review.  All opinions are my own.
